'Who Wants to be a Minyanaire?' with Cantor Mitch Martin, Tuesdays at 4 pm: Learn to Follow and/or Lead the Daily Minyan

The class will be a mixture of balance and movement with focus on cardio and strength in standing and sitting positions.

Games and activities to challenge the brain.

This class is exclusively for the B’nai Torah community and there will be time for q&a with one of the most sought-after Jewish studies lecturers teaching today. Join us!
