Shavuot, meaning “weeks,” marks the seven-week journey from Egypt to Mount Sinai and the giving of the Torah, as well as the summer wheat harvest. This year, the holiday will be observed from Thursday, May 21 through Saturday, May 23 with meaningful services, inspiring learning, and festive community gatherings.
