Eleanor and Paul Weiner (z”l) committed to provide a scholarship to support Jewish life and Jewish education. It is a Five Thousand Dollar scholarship/stipend to help defray the costs for a Jewish educational/Social Action program for this year’s high school graduates, college students and post-graduate students such as; an Israel Experience/Program, Jewish studies on campus, Israel Gap year programs, internships or any other approved Jewish Educational/Social Action Program.
The award is going to be given to a deserving high school graduate, college student or post graduate student, who has shown involvement in the past and desires a significant experience for the future.
Please print the form below and have it returned to Cathy Berkowitz by August 15, 2016. The winner of the award will be judged by a select committee. It will be presented at Bnai Torah during our Yom Kippur Kol Nidre service!
