Major General, Jeffrey A. Jacobs, served honorably in the Army Reserve for 35 years before retiring from military service in 2014. He was commanding general of the U.S. Army Civil Affairs’ & Psychological Operations Command. He also has twenty-seven years of varied legal experience in state government and private law practice.
