Back when he turned 60 years old, Reb Zalman Schachter-Shalomi (z’l) became depressed. He wondered about his future and whether he could find any meaning in his extra years. After much introspection, discussions with colleagues and exploration, he came up with a system to help each of us harvest the wisdom we have gained from our years of life. In this four part class, we will learn his methodology, practice some exercises and open ourselves to reconsidering the blessings we have received and that we want to transmit.
