Join Beth Herman and learn how to make Zucchini Latkes & Pear Sauce – a modern twist to the more traditional apple sauce!
Ingredients: 3 potatoes, 4 zucchini, ½ cup breadcrumbs, 3 eggs, Greek yogurt, chives, pomegranate seeds for garnish, vegetable oil for frying, and 4 pears.
